Welcome to noogly.app. By downloading, accessing, or using any mobile applications offered by noogly.app ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our applications, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or download our applications.

2. Subscriptions, Payments & Free Trials

Our applications may offer auto-renewable subscription plans and free trials to unlock premium functionality:

Apple In-App Purchases: All subscription payments, free trials, charges, auto-renewals, and transactions are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store via your Apple ID.
Billing and Renewal: Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase or after the expiration of a free trial period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
Subscription Management & Cancellation: You can manage, change, or cancel your subscriptions at any time directly through your Apple ID Account Settings on your iOS device.
Refunds: Refund requests are managed exclusively by Apple according to Apple App Store refund policies. We cannot process refund requests directly.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, software, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with our applications are owned exclusively by noogly.app studio. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our applications, nor use the applications for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Continued use of the applications constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
